FREE QUOTE & EVALUATION
Pakenham Heating and Cooling will contact you to book a time convient for one of our qualified technicians to come out and inspect the job and prepare a quotation.
All of our quotations are designed specifically for each job, we sometimes take a little longer in preparing our quotes, usually because we need to think about the best way to do things, but if you’re pressed for time, we will try and accommodate you.
STEP 3
INSTALLATION
At the acceptance of our quotation Pakenham Heating and Cooling will process your order, once we know we have all of your goods in stock we will contact you to book a time convenient for a team of our technicians to come out and install your new appliance.
We will be shown how to use the product you’ve purchased and will be supplied with a user manual and warrantee.
STEP 4
PAYMENT
Payment is expected at the completion of the job. We will accept all forms of payment including cheque, credit card or direct deposit. Cheques will need to be made out to Melbourne Heating and Cooling, credit card payments will incur a 2% surcharge so we do encourage direct deposits if it suits. Our bank account details are below.
